The end of Temporary Protected Status for Haitian and Syrian nationals is a massive win for the rule of law.
This decision is of particular interest to our communities that have been inundated with TPS migrants. It will help ease the strain on Hoosier schools, hospitals, housing and taxpayers caused by unchecked migration.
Our office supported a multi-state amicus brief in this case and will continue defending Hoosier’s interests against the harms perpetrated by the Biden administration’s open border policy.
One week from today, major provisions of the FAIRNESS Act will finally take effect! These provisions will give our office enforcement authority to crack down on employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens over Hoosiers, while also requiring our law enforcement agencies to honor ICE detainer requests and fully cooperate with federal immigration authorities.
A new era in how our state handles illegal immigration is almost here.
