I’ve been quietly creating behind the scenes

New season, new creations ✨

There’s nothing like the onset of a new season. In December, we experience the Winter Solstice and our skin goes through a metamorphosis.. Adapting to less daylight and colder weather, causing dry, chapped skin. So we look to thicker moisturizers like body butters and create beauty routines around deep moisture and restoration. We then transition through the Spring Equinox, the season of renewal 🍉🍊🥑🌤 . And everything starts to feel fresh and NEW 🌟

Then the Summer Solstice arrives 🤩 and the sun reaches its highest axis in the sky and our days become longer. We implement sunblock moisturizers into our beauty regimens to protect the health of our skin. We spend more time outside so we opt in for lighter moisturizers ✨ (like our MariGLOW Nectar Oil 😉). And we reflect on the progress we’ve made so far in the year.

The Summer Solstice also kicks off the season of the lovely nurturer- Cancer ♋️💛. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to all the Cancers out there this month 🥰. Whether you’re into astrology or not, we can all take something from the constellation of Cancer:

Deep Reflection. Empathy. Nurture vs Nature. Compassion for ourselves and those around us. Comfort. Home/Family.
