My day is made…today we had 47 people show up for Community Yoga in Ellenberger Park! What a beautiful morning 🌞 I teach every Saturday 10-11 am if the weather allows. All are welcome! Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel. If you are looking to make friends, move your body, slow down, breathe, or get out in nature, this is for you! ♥️
