🍎 Summer Food Pack Program for Stephen Decatur & Lynwood Elementary Families 🍎
𝑷𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒊𝒄𝒌-𝒖𝒑 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒏𝒆𝒙𝒕 𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒌𝒔 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒊𝒄𝒌-𝒖𝒑!
The Goodwin Community Center understands that summer can be challenging for families when school meals are not available. To help fill that gap, we are launching a Summer Food Pack Program for families with students attending Stephen Decatur Elementary or Lynwood Elementary.
Each week until the new school year begins, we will provide 30 food packs on a first come, first served basis to eligible families. These food packs will not look the same each week, they will be based on what food we have available from our community partners and donations.
📌 Families must have at least one student attending Stephen Decatur Elementary or Lynwood Elementary.
📌 Families must complete the registration form each week to be considered.
📌 The first 30 eligible families who complete the form will receive a food pack for that week.

Please note that completing the form does not guarantee a food pack. Families selected to receive a food pack will be notified prior to pickup.

New SNAP rules require able-bodied adults aged 18 to 64 without dependents to work or volunteer at least 80 hours per month. Those who do not meet these work requirements are limited to just three months of SNAP benefits in any three-year period.
