Elizabeth Duffy

People are my passion. I love working collaboratively with clients, getting curious about what makes one tick, as well as how and why one might trip. Incorporating a psychodynamic approach to therapy, my areas of interest and experience include work with depression and anxiety, life transitions, parenting concerns, marital/relational problems, family of origin issues, sexuality and spiritual concerns.

Reaching out to talk to someone can be hard, but I believe it can also be fun. Asking hard questions together, I help clients build on strengths, manage complexity in their relationships, tap creative resources, and make meaning with art, philosophy, theology, dreams, and the special interests my clients bring.
