• Open Bar: pay a flat fee for all drinks. Pros: upfront cost (no surprises), can limit the number of hours
• Consumption Bar: pay per drink amount and cost. Pros: great for weddings guests that aren't heavy drinkers, can make a cap and change to cash bar later in the night
• Soft Bar: only beer, wine, and soft-drinks
• Cash Bar: most budget-friendly, make sure to tell guests there will be a cash bar before they arrive
