Tight hips and lower back pain are usually connected — and most people never address the root cause.
This is called the Fence Climber. It’s one of my go-to movements for opening up the hip flexors, improving hip mobility, and taking stress off the lower back.

Top Golf with the Team!
This was an awesome time to get together. The trainers, our videographer, significant others, family members. It was a blast.
Celebrating hard work, catching up outside of work, and getting motivated for the future together.
