Hand us the keys and we take care of the rest, ready to receive guests upon completion, includes:
•pre-design consultation
•inventory spreadsheet for reordering
•post-setup consultation
•ordering and delivery of all items
•installation of all items including TV's (not cable)
•all furnishings
•artwork included as well as all decorative items,
•1 set of linens per bed and per bath
Cost- estimate $20/sf
🏠OPTION 2 CONSULTATION
This is a consultation option to discuss , plan and outline your unit design. It includes:
•a spreadsheet of the list of items to order
•Includes a unique design by Wyse Designs
•item descriptions
•item quantities
•exact location for where the item goes inside the unit
•Item size and color, and item URL for ordering.
You place the orders and set up the unit.
Includes a free pre-design consultation and a free post-setup consultation
Cost- $1500/unit for up to 3 units, for 3 or more units, cost is $1000/unit
