You do not have to overhaul your whole routine to support your mental health. Tonight, try moving bedtime just 10 minutes earlier, then another 10 for the next night. These increments are a highly effective, low-stress way to reset your sleep pattern without shocking your system. It gently eases your body into a new routine.
Small changes are easier to repeat, and repeated small changes can help your body and mind feel more supported.
