⚡️EXERCISE OF THE MONTH ⚡️ Working the Triceps - it can be a love hate relationship! However conditioning and toning them on the Hypervibe is very effective. Having good shoulder placement to begin and throughout will give you the best outcome. When you bend the elbows feel your chest proud and your collar bones wide so you don't round the shoulders forward.
As you get stronger it is great to challenge the Triceps with some holds, pulses and leg variations. Set your machine at 14 HZ the first time you try the exercise and then progress to ranges of 16+ HZ
