🔥 Whew, it was a HOT one outside today, but that didn’t slow down our SparkSquad Construction Camp crew! 🔨🏠

Today marked a BIG milestone as roof construction officially began! Our campers are gaining hands-on experience and learning valuable construction skills while building something amazing together.

A huge THANK YOU to Falcon Roofing for generously providing the shingles for this project. We’re also incredibly grateful to Woods Lumber, our supplier and sponsor for the lumber, and Koehn Construction for providing PPE and tool kits to keep our campers safe and equipped for success.

Special appreciation goes to the ICC Foundation for their continued support and commitment to making sure every student has the opportunity to attend these camps and experience the trades firsthand.

It truly takes a community to build the future, and we couldn’t do it without these outstanding partners! 💪

Rain or shine, the SparkSquad Construction Camp crew was ready to build! 🌦️ We started the day inside to stay ahead of the rain, but the weather gave us just enough time to get outside, raise the walls, and put our teamwork skills to the test. 🛠️💪

From problem-solving to working together to complete each task, this group showed determination and great communication all day long. They should be proud of what they accomplishment the last two days. 👏

✨ Stained Glass Class at ICC FabLab ✨

Looking for a creative way to spend your Thursday evenings this spring? Join us at the ICC FabLab for our upcoming Stained Glass Class beginning April 2nd!

🕠 Thursdays | 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Whether you're brand new or have some experience, you'll learn the relaxing art of cutting, foiling, grinding, and soldering using the copper foil (Tiffany) method. You’ll leave with your own beautiful, handcrafted stained glass piece to brighten your home.

$145 – New Students (materials included for first project)
