Brookview Heights Subdivision

Concrete work is scheduled for Monday the 21st.
Also a reminder that HOA dues will be due on May first

There is a couple of people that are going to have a garage sale on April 1 & April 2 if anyone is interested in the subdivision

We are having some concrete work done hopefully in the next couple of weeks depending upon weather. We are fixing the big pothole on Brookview Heights street. And another area by that. Weather needs to be above 32*. Traffic will be one lane for a couple weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We made contact with the construction company that is doing work in the front of the subdivision. They where very nice and said that they are tapping into the water line for the subdivision across the street. The roads will not be shut down they are boring under the road. They said that they will replace everything that they destroyed and should be done next week.
