Birch Aquarium Announces Imagine Wild: Mountain Yellow-legged Frog La Jolla, CA (February 19, 2026)—Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography at UC San Diego is thrilled to announce an exciting new exhibition, Imagine Wild: Mountain Yellow-legged Frog, opening March 20, 2026.

Our Forest Service Volunteer Association Trail Crew has been busy out on Fobes Trail, despite the cold and windy weather!
They hiked up to Fobes Saddle for the day, hiked a total of seven miles and brushed a total of a mile on the PCT in 8.5 hours!
Many thanks for all their hard work keeping our trails clear, including the Pacific Crest Trail in our San Jacinto Wilderness!
