1. Be prepared for unexpected weather changes. Our elevation means that the weather can quickly change, and be quite different from the surrounding areas.
2. Bring snow chains, just in case! Whether you’ve driven in snowy conditions or not, drive carefully!
3. Don’t leave your trash behind — and if your sled breaks, bring the pieces with you. It’s sad to see all the plastic chunks in the spring when the snow melts.
