Alright Framily!!! Heading to Barbados in August and this is my fit for mas/parade. has been working hard by walking 4+ miles a day, fasting on Monday and not eating until 12pm the rest of the week and lost 34 lbs 🎉🎉🎉 So I tried fasting yesterday 🥺 ended up having water, coffee and a protein shake, lost 2lbs but need to keep healthy eating on my mind. I’m back on the , Run app, Watch and app. Not gonna ask y’all to pray for me, so that I can get in this Carnival fit but please pray for me to get control of my unhealthy habits ☺️
