Is the premium soft touch bits of your BMW melting? Just scrape it off! There's glorious base model plastic waiting below. Use 91% rubbing alcohol to clean up the residue.

If you want a strong sidewall, get Bridgestone Potenzas. If you want tires that are easy to install, get anything else. Seriously removing these Yokos and installing the Hankooks was like soft butter compared to the Potenzas I did the day before. Even the all season Potenzas are tough. Dunlop Direzza was the only other tire that kicked my ass like the Potenzas do.
