The Advisory Board is now seated for the Texas Mold Regulatory Program. I hope you start contacting them to move the program to a more meaningful application to the rules as intended by the legislature. May they advise the TDLR wisely. I would recommend for all you whom are actively engaged in this industry sector to make a list of high priority actions that the Advisory Board needs to address on behalf of the industry and the licensees.
