You are the go to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed. When the manager is not present, you'll be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay ranges between $10 to $13+ per hour, including tips!!!

The Assistant Manager takes an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike's store. In conjunction with the General Manager they share responsibility for:

Store sales
Quality of service
Customer satisfaction
Store Maintenance
Assistant Managers generally make between $14 to $16 an hour including tips.
