This is a sewer lateral scope in NEW CONSTRUCTION.

This line would have almost immediately clogged, and after a few uses backed up into someone’s brand new house. This is one of the many reasons why new construction inspections are just as necessary as any home or building purchase.

They don’t get a lot better than that!

Every house, whether it’s brand new or 200 years old, will have deficiencies. It’s important to not get hung up on them (unless they are major).

This was a pretty good one. Hoping for the best for my clients in the rest of the process.
