Loneliness & Disconnection are an epidemic in our communities and in our world.

In the context of our cultures’ hyper-individualism, social media and decreasing social bonds with our extended families, many of us are living in suffering, particularly our youth. The rise of depression, anxiety, and su***de among our youth is staggering.

The good news is that there is an antidote to this epidemic. It is CONNECTION.IT IS WHY WE ARE HERE! We are here to connect to each-other. However, so many of us don’t know how to genuinely connect. We try to impress people, sell ourselves, engage in comparison, and other misguided tactics for other’s to think well of us. When we don’t learn these skills—and yes they can be taught—we end up feeling isolated & lonely, even in a crowded room.

These classes will help your teen cultivate better listening skills, meaningful communication, body language awareness and other skills that are vital for deeper friendships, and even improved interviewing skills.
