I have a confession. I’ve been sneaking off to the South Huntsville Public Library for coffee for over a year now. I can’t keep it a secret any longer! Y’ALL! It’s sooo good! But the best part about it is ALL proceeds support Hatch. Hatch is a community program that equips young adults to enter the workforce with confidence in hospitality and culinary knowledge. Their coffee beans are LOCALLY souced from Old Town Coffee in Five Points, where they roast their own beans. Once they recieve the whole beans, they grind them in house. They also offer fresh baked goods, snacks and sandwiches AND they make their own syrups. All made by the Hatch students. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere goes from bustleing to “library quiet” depending on the time of day. Please though…don’t tell anyone else. It currently takes them around 1 minute to pump out the best 12 oz. iced vanilla latte in town for $6 and I’m trying to keep it that way! 😉❤️
