Opus Foundation

The OPUS Foundation team has joined together to support and empower our women, young adults and children in North Alabama. Our primary focus is foster youth and adults who have spent time in foster care.

We wish to shed light on a pressing issue: every year, 23,000 teenagers in the United States emancipate from the foster care system and often find themselves without a safety net as they step into adulthood.

At OPUS, our primary objective is to develop impactful programs and resources. We focus on providing vital support through mentoring, fostering career growth, aiding in college selection, guiding through application processes, and offering scholarships. Our commitment lies in empowering these individuals, ensuring they have the necessary tools for success in their journey to adulthood.
