CSA was honored to celebrate another milestone at the Madison Street Tower expansion earlier this week. The topping-out ceremony was held on Wednesday morning with many members of the project team present. Topping-out is a tradition that marks the end of vertical construction by lifting the last beam into place with a crane. Work will now begin on the exterior façade and interior spaces. We look forward to seeing more of our design come to life in these next stages!

🌟Project Spotlight🌟

In August 2011, Goldsmith Schiffman Elementary opened its doors to students in a 123,000 sq ft school designed by CSA. Nestled near a nature preserve, the design intended to bring the outdoors in—with natural materials, calming tones, and playful details throughout 🌿

As the community of Owens Cross Roads continues to grow, we were honored to design a new two-story classroom addition. Inspired by the school’s original nature theme, the addition features acoustic murals, earthy corridor flooring, and cozy reading nooks—including one with a whimsical tree and bench by the window that's perfect for story time or a quiet moment with a book 🌳📚
