Eighty-two years ago today, American troops and Allied forces landed on the beaches of Normandy and helped turn the tide of World War II. On this D-Day anniversary, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering resolve of the American service members and Allied forces whose bravery helped secure the cause of freedom and changed the course of history.

As we remember those who gave their lives and those who returned home, we reaffirm our commitment to preserving the values they fought to defend.

This legislation would remove the EPA’s authority to mandate emissions controls on heavy-duty diesel engines, helping reduce costs and regulatory burdens.
