Something exciting is happening at Vantage… and it’s creating space for more leaders to grow.

Over the next month, we’re launching 3 new Professional Forums for Men and Women as God continues to grow the reach and impact of Vantage Leadership Initiative.

One of those is a brand new Women’s Forum in Madison, led by Bobbie Santiago, launching this June.

So what is a Vantage Professional Forum-and why does it matter?

Many Christian leaders are navigating pressure, decisions, and growth… alone. But leadership was never meant to be done in isolation.

A Vantage Professional Forum is a small, trusted group (just 6-8 leaders) that meets weekly to:

✔ Process real leadership challenges

✔ Grow in faith and decision-making

✔ Build meaningful, authentic relationships

It’s not another meeting.

It’s a space to think clearly, lead confidently, and grow consistently.

Because of the small group format, each forum is limited to approximately 6-and spots fill quickly.
