12/5/2023….. After the longest “under contract” in my 8 years as a Realtor, Lake Crest is finally closed! Congratulations to both my Sellers & to the buyers and their family. Other than brand new houses, this one is one of, if not the nicest properties I’ve SOLD! I’m definitely happy for my client, and hated the first buyer backed out the way he did, but because the seller did such a great job on renovations, I was able to get it back under contract and it’s now Closed!
