A little reminder: self-healing isn't always sunshine, roses, and magical breakthroughs.💔

Sometimes it's messy. Sometimes it's uncomfortable. Sometimes it means revisiting old wounds, feeling emotions you never fully processed, and facing parts of your past you'd rather avoid.😭

The last three days have been heavy for me. As I worked through some deep layers of my past, I jokingly equated it to slaying a dragon, as I thought I'd already addressed all these layer before. 🤣

There was nothing magical about it. No lightning bolts. No instant transformation.

Just me, a pen, and a 5-subject notebook.

But somehow, moving that energy through me in a physical way, which did include some stabbing motions with that pen, did the trick. Who knew a notebook and pen could make such an effective sword and dragon slayer? 🐲🐉🐲

If you're doing the inner work too, hang in there, y'all. Keep writing, keep feeling, keep moving through it.
