Gabagool & Pickleball: Soprano’s star part of CCARC event NEW BRITAIN — This past weekend was an eventful time for the New Britain CCARC, as more than a dozen partook in a fun-filled morning of pickleball.

This past Saturday, we teamed up with Club Pickleball in Meriden, CT, to give individuals with disabilities the chance to experience one of the fastest-growing sports in America — and it was pure joy from start to finish! 🏓
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to play, volunteer and cheer, especially Anthony Gionfriddo for coordinating. We were proud to recognize Tony K as our Volunteer of the Year for his incredible dedication and kindness, from CT to MD to KC. 🙌
And a special shoutout to Joseph R. Gannascoli — known to fans everywhere as Vito from The Sopranos — for spending the day coaching our athletes and then hosting a fun book signing that evening. Talk about making dreams come true!
Days like this remind us that everyone deserves the chance to play, belong and shine.
