Bathroom after on the right, a change in wall color was suggested by Spruce to soften the room, a marble recommendation was made by Spruce, the mirrors and window treatment were purchased by Spruce on behalf of the client, all accessories in this spa-like bath were rented from Spruce.

Dining area after on the right, a new lighting fixture was purchased on behalf of the client, all furnishings and accessories were rented from Spruce

The sunroom was set with vintage chinese dinnerware found in the back of a closet. Chairs were brought in from other rooms of the home as was the one of a kind dining table.
