Tuesday: “Don't plan it all. Let life surprise you a little.” - Julia Alvarez -- It's one thing to be organized, but don't be so tightly scheduled that something is bound to break. Add a little creative tie or reaction time to your schedule so that you have the tie and space to respond to life's little surprises.

Wednesday: “If things don't go as expected, make the unexpected work in your favor.” - José Andrés -- Stuff happens. When the unexpected happens use it as a guide rather than an issue. It can be a distraction or an influence; choose influence.

Thursday: “When you’re in a competitive environment, you can’t stand still. You always have to try to improve a situation.” - Mario Andretti -- Increase your value by not only doing your work well, but analyzing, tweaking and adjusting your work to make it more efficient, effective and therefore, more valuable.

You might find a new solution.” - Maya Angelou -- Change facilitates progress. Embrace and fight for change for the better. It is those willing to embrace change that drive social and professional evolution.
