✨ The food business has been good to us in many respects, but the best part has been the people we meet 🍽️❤️🏡

✨ We met Jaume approximately 10 years ago when he came to the market for the first time to demonstrate proper carving of Jamón Ibérico. We instantly became friends and we’ve worked together on several occasions since that first meet up!

✨ Perhaps this is when our fascination with Spanish Cuisine began? I’m not sure, but I can tell you that we are hooked! 🇪🇸 🥘 🍽️🏡 🇺🇸

All of the organic vegetables were respectful and impeccably prepared in the kitchen by Michelin Starred German Chef Joachim Koerper and associate Chefs at the Green Michelin Starred Restaurant on property ☘️ at Herdade Malhadinha Nova also holding a yellow sun ☀️ for property of distinction in Portugal 🇵🇹 2026
