Midway West Drive-In

Some of West Virginia’s best slaw dogs, burgers, and milkshakes are served at Midway West Drive-In in Huntington. This old-school curb-service spot has fed locals and road-trippers for many years and is a well-known stop on the state’s Hot Dog Trail. You pull into a parking spot, place your order from the car, and wait while your food is brought right out to you. The hot dogs come loaded with chili, slaw, onions, and mustard, just the way fans like them. Burgers are hot and filling, and the fries and onion rings are crisp and fresh. Be sure to try “The Elvis” milkshake, made with peanut butter and banana. Friendly service and a classic drive-in feel make this place worth the stop.
