Termites and moisture can create huge problems for a home. This client contacted Structure-Safe Inspections due to the floor sagging. Upon further evaluation major termite damage compounded with complete floor structure failure was found in the crawlspace. In the pictures you can see that the outer band joist had completely failed which had allowed the floor joists to collapse directly onto the ground.
