Second Wind VTG

This early 1800’s Empire side table is about as close to “clean lines” as my maximalist behind gets. It has a nice low profile design so can be used in a hallway or behind a sofa and is long enough that it could function as a bistro table for two if you live in a smaller apartment. The sort of scroll feet give it just enough pizazz while not stealing the show from what you would be displaying on top of it

I did a reel focusing on making a funhouse mirror for the back of this antique side by side but it deserves its own still shot post so you can really appreciate all of the details. The solid birch has been finished in a rich and broody red with goes perfectly with those brooding beasts up top
