Builders Can't Keep Up!!
New home data shows that there are slowing sales but is that true? No because there is just no Inventory out there Builders are purposely holding back because of Labor, material and lack of chips for appliances. Sales are lower not because the lack of the demand, it's the lack of new homes being generated.

Will Home Prices Come Down?
Home Buying is difficult right now because of lack of inventory but hang in there it will be worth the wait. With the amount of homebuyers out there and builders holding back on building this is causing a buyers getting frustrated. This should not end soon because inventory should remain low which shouldn’t see a pricing decrease soon especially with interest rates at historic lows.
