Have I mentioned before how much I love what I do? (exaggerating here) Well, this was another one of those transactions that tugged on my heartstrings.

This is Oscar, Amanda and baby Lieka. They are first time home buyers who called me very interested in my listing the day it came on the market. But there was just one problem; my listing was a probate sale that needed much MORE than a little tlc, and I was MORE than concerned for this sweet young family to take it on.

Luckily, they work in the contracting industry and weren’t afraid of the project, so they proceeded with the purchase and we closed the sale successfully.

The best part about my job - whether my clients are first time buyers just starting out, seniors downsizing, or anything in between - is that I get to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership. - And I think you know by now that homeownership is something I push on everyone I know because of its many benefits.
