💫5-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups⁠
⁠
🍥If you ask me, there is NOTHING better than chocolate + peanut butter. These simple two-ingredient mini chocolate peanut cups take that flavor combo to a whole new level.⁠
⁠
💫I used 60% dark chocolate chips (Ghirardelli is my favorite brand) but you could substitute any good-quality dark chocolate. Choose a natural peanut butter made from just peanuts and salt, and you’re good to go! If you (like me) enjoy a bit of salt with your sweet, you can even sprinkle on some sea salt flakes.⁠
⁠
✅Ingredient⁠
CHOCOLATE⁠
1 cup dark chocolate, chopped, melted⁠
Ÿ cup coconut oil⁠
1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠
⁠
PEANUT BUTTER⁠
½ cup natural peanut butter⁠
Ÿ cup honey⁠
2 tablespoons coconut oil⁠
⁠
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT⁠
muffin tin liner⁠
⁠
⁠
✅Preparation⁠
⁠
Line a muffin tin with muffin tin liners.⁠
In a bowl or measuring cup, add the dark chocolate and Ÿ cup (50 g) coconut oil.⁠
Stir in vanilla extract.⁠
Microwave for 30-second intervals until melted, stirring each time.⁠
Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the liners (just enough to cover the whole bottom). Save the other half for the top layer.⁠
Freeze for 15 minutes.⁠
In a bowl or measuring cup, add the peanut butter, honey, and 2 tablespoons coconut oil.⁠
Microwave 15 seconds or until slightly melted and pourable.⁠
Pour mixture evenly into the muffin tin.⁠
Freeze for 5 minutes.⁠
Pour remaining chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter layer.⁠
Freeze until firm about 1 hour.⁠
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.⁠

🍫Oreo Double Chocolate Mousse Parfaits

These chocolate oreo parfaits were kind of an accident the first time I made them.
I was attempting a somewhat fancy classic mousse and somehow ended up here— chocolate whipped cream and crushed oreos layers together into glasses.

💥Such a tasty accident! 😂

I scrapped the other recipe idea and I’m sharing this one with you instead. It’s so basic, so easy to make, and SO DELICIOUS! I love the combination of mousse-like chocolate whipped cream and crunchy cookies. It’s a fun dessert that’ll delight kids and adults alike.

✅Ingredients

* 8 oz mascarpone cheese
* 1 cup heavy whipping cream
* 1/2 cup powdered sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 8 oz COOL Whip whipped topping
* 4 oz baking dark chocolate bar
* 4 oz baking white chocolate bar
* 12 Oreo cookies

✅Instructions

* (Use whisk attachment for frosting.) In a bowl of an electric mixer, add mascarpone cheese, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract. 
* Start on low speed to mix the ingredients and gradually increase the speed over a few seconds to medium-high. Beat until it starts to thicken and lower the speed to add sugar.
* Pour in sugar and raise the speed again. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form and gradually lower the speed, over a couple of seconds. Do not walk away, this will be ready fast!
Fold in COOL whip topping into the whipped mixture and refrigerate for about an hour.
Melt the dark and white chocolate bars separately. You can use a microwave just make sure to heat it through on half power and in the increments of 45-30 seconds, stirring in between each increment.Let chocolates cool a bit.
Divide whipped mousse mixture in half and gradually stir/whisk in dark and white chocolates into each half by drizzling the chocolate in while stirring.


To prepare parfaits
💯Transfer each chocolate mousse into a separate piping bag
💯Crush Oreo cookies
💯Layer each mousse and cookies on top of each other. 

⁉️You can create 3 large parfaits or 6 small ones.

2 pounds ground beef (a little fat for flavor)⁠
1 egg⁠
1 medium onion, grated⁠
Desired spices⁠
Oil (for frying)⁠
Quarter stale bread crumbs or breadcrumbs (to duplicate)⁠
In case of thick consistency, half cup of water⁠
The spices that should be included in the classic meatball mixture are as follows;⁠

Black pepper⁠
Salt⁠
Chili pepper⁠
Mint⁠
Thyme⁠
Cumin⁠

MEATBALL RECIPE⁠
To make meatballs at home, first, put 2 pounds of minced meat in a deep bowl where you can mix it. Then add the egg and breadcrumbs into it. After mixing all the ingredients, add the meatball mixture or all the spices you want. Continue the kneading process until all the spices are absorbed all over the ground meat. After the meatballs have the consistency, give them the shape you want in your palm.⁠

Fry,⁠
Put the meatballs you prepared in the oil in the heated pan.⁠
BBQ, If you are going to cook on a BBQ, be careful the meatballs will cook quickly outside and it may be raw inside. You should maybe make them thinner for bbq. ⁠
Baked, You can also cook in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll mixture into balls and place on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until browned, about 20-30 minutes. Enjoy.!
