Please join me in welcoming Hetta Welch to Moontide! I have been on the search for another Vodder trained Manual Lymph Drainage practitioner for some time now. She has just recently returned to Huntington Beach from Colorado and I am so happy she found Moontide!

✨MEET HETTA

Hetta has worked in the wellness industry for 15 years, first as a yoga teacher and now as a massage therapist. She believes in the power of body centered practices and their ability to create lasting change in the body, mind and spirit. Hetta studied massage at the Berkana Institute in Longmont, Colorado and has continued her studies in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Craniosacral Therapy. She offers lymphatic sessions, using the Vodder Technique, for
wellness support, injury recovery or post-surgical needs. Hetta’s massage sessions are therapeutic in nature and are tailored to an individual’s needs and wellness goals. During her sessions, she uses a variety of methods to help encourage the body to release, including Swedish massage, passive stretching, hot stones and craniosacral therapy.
