A one step paint enhancement is more for enhancing the gloss and appearance of the paint. It removes light swirls, scratches and as in the photos light oxidation. Normally around 50% improvement. The polish contains paint protection built into the polish. Some areas required a two step due to heavier oxidation. A two step will typically remove 70-80% of defects.
