Sprinting is a great way to melt fat, increase lean body mass and to become overall more athletic. 8-10 sprints 2 x a week will do the trick to start out. Ease into it or you’ll pop a hamstring.
Less doughy carbs and more protein, fats and complex carbohydrates will allow you to lean out.
Lifting weights makes you bullet proof. It also makes you more independent. It makes life a little more enjoyable when you can DO the things you want and need to do. Im not telling you to Max Rep every week; I’m simply suggesting to slowly progress yourself away from the pink dumbbells and lift weights that will elicit real change.
Try these out for 6-8 weeks and tell me Im a liar 🤥
