Client In Need🚨
Director, HRIS to lead strategy, governance, and optimization for a large, complex workforce (14K+ employees + 8K contingent).

This leader will sit within HR and serve as the bridge between HR Operations and IT, owning Workday (HCM & Payroll), UKG (WFM), and a multi-system integration landscape that includes Finance platforms.

Ideal background:
✔️ 10+ years progressive HRIS leadership
✔️ Deep, hands-on Workday experience
✔️ UKG WFM exposure (Infor integration a plus)
✔️ Experience supporting large, complex organizations
✔️ Proven ability to manage integrations, prioritize enhancements, and guide cross-functional decision-making

This is a high-visibility role focused on stabilization, optimization, and long-term HR systems strategy.
