Congratulations Shelby Kaminsky, of Baldwin in Baltimore County for winning a $2,000 F. Grove Miller Maryland State Fair Scholarship. Shelby attends Bucknell University, majoring in Environmental Engineering. Shelby participated in the Maryland State Fair in a variety of 4-H and Open Class Home Arts divisions.
