Time to get ready is now!

January is the busiest month in the recruiting space, according to LinkedIn. Now is the time to review your hiring plan for 2024, to review budgets, desired postings and candidate pool.

At GSP Baltimore we work with our clients to plan for the new year to ensure that the most talented people are discussing building a career with them. It takes planning, looking at what worked well and didn’t work well in 2023. That analysis should be both data-driven and anecdotal. It should include feedback from internal stakeholders, members of the recruiting team and possibly even those hired in the past year.
