I’ve grown Brussels sprouts in the past and haven’t been successful. But look at these beauties popping up! This is a reflection on why companion planting is so important in a garden. Planting garlic, onions and peas beside Brussels sprouts helped support this plant in our garden this year.

I am excited to help this plant flourish this season so we can enjoy some recipes with this vegetable!
