March was a big month for wholesale cannabis operators as they geared up for 4/20. Here are just a few highlights from our Flash report:

• Massachusetts grew the fastest at 133% compared with the same period a year ago.

• Edibles & Ingestibles saw the largest drop in platform market share (-1.22 percentage points) from February 2022 to March 2022.

• Buyers and Sellers: During March 2022, average sales per seller fell 5% YoY and average spend per buyer grew 11% YoY.

• Cartridges was LeafLink’s fastest growing category, gaining 1.4 percentage points to reach 24.6% of total sales through LeafLink.

As we celebrate 4/20, we encourage our industry as a whole to recognize the progress in regards to the legalization and decriminalization in recent years, but the fight to repair the lasting effects of the War on Drugs remains far from over.
