It happens so fast…
A tightness in my chest…
and my mind wants to call it anxiety.
A flutter in my stomach…
and suddenly there’s a story attached.
But lately, I pause.
I stay with the sensations rather than the story. I stay with what is real. (Not the mental narrative).
And I let it be exactly what it is without turning it into something it’s not.
“My chest feels tight.”
“My heart is beating fast.”
“There’s a heaviness here.”
No label.
No meaning.
No story.
And as I sit with it…
something begins to move.
The tightness softens.
My breath deepens.
And the wave passes.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to figure out.
Just something that wanted to be felt…and finally being allowed to move. 🩷

This is the work I live inside of…
Not fixing.
Not forcing.
Not trying to become someone new.
Just noticing.
Noticing the thoughts.
Noticing the beliefs.
Noticing the quiet patterns that have been running for years without question.
Because the moment you notice…
you create space.
And in that space…
Everything can shift—without effort, without pressure.
You don’t need to change yourself to evolve. You just need to see what’s already there.

We’ve been taught to ask “why” every time something arises…
But what if the “why” is what keeps the pattern alive?
The moment we start searching for meaning, the mind steps in… building a story, connecting it to the past, trying to make sense of something that simply wants to be felt.
Not everything needs to be explained.
Sensations are just energy moving through the body.
We can feel it… without turning it into something more. 🤍
