Happy Valentine's Day! Who doesn't LOVE seeing a new project get started? This one is our latest and it is located on a beautiful walkout lot in Okemos.

We completed this gorgeous home during the winter months and we've been so busy getting ready for the Spring rush that we forgot to post photos of it.

This home and matching detached garage turned out amazing! There are quite a few things that make this home special. A few of our favorites are the enclosed front porch with shiplap walls and a natural pine ceiling, the screened in rear porch, the luxury vinyl plank stairway, the tile shower and the leathered venetian cream kitchen countertops. The homeowners received their keys this morning and we know that their family will make many great memories in this beautiful home.
