🔥 I spent most of my life feeling like I was all alone in my thoughts and feeling .. covering them up and hiding from them. They would build up and I would push them back down with the assumption that they weren’t important and I would look like too much if I let them out.

🔥 Do you know what I mean?

🔥 Then we have way too much in common … when I finally felt SAFE enough within myself and placed myself in environments where I felt safe enough to express myself I learned I was never alone … and I could finally get that s**t out of my head and out of my body without feeling too much.

🔥 There is no longer anything to push down or hide … no longer a need to cover up any version of myself … it is safe to be REAL, RAW AND AUTHENTICALLY FREE!

🔥 Once you get to this point in life you become more unhinged … more honest … more YOU THAN EVER BEFORE! We can have polarities in life … we can be fiery and chill, we can be strong and soft, we can be sensual and powerful, we can be sensitive and tough, we can be a single loving mother and a powerhouse in our careers, we can rock a pair of heels and then tear it up in Jordan’s …. WE CAN BE IT ALL when WE FEEL SAFE!
