Another year older…
Still somehow faster than students half his age.
Still finding new ways to make burpees “more fun.”
Still reminding us that “although he is weird, he still makes good points now and then. 😆

Jamie has spent years helping people become safer, stronger, and more confident—while somehow convincing us that getting hit with a pad is “good for us.”

Today we’re giving him the day off from correcting everyone’s stance… at least until class starts. 😄

For those who have put in the work and are ready to take the next step, this is your opportunity to demonstrate your skills, stay calm under pressure, and earn your Yellow Belt.

A belt test is more than checking techniques—it’s about showing your growth, your mindset, and your ability to perform when it counts.

Even if you’re not testing, we encourage all Wolfpack members to come out and support your friends and training partners. Having teammates cheering you on can make all the difference, and it reflects what our community is all about.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat to test or standing on the sidelines to encourage others, everyone is welcome.
