Meet Meko, our resident of the month! My name is Meko, and I’ve been a proud resident at The Catalyst since 2020. I truly enjoy living here and love meeting and connecting with new people in the community.

I’m an author, faith-based fitness and life coach, speaker, and owner of Fit Breed Athleisure. I’m passionate about working out and helping others build discipline, grow spiritually, and transform their bodies. I truly believe in living a healthy, active lifestyle, so you’ll often find me in the gym.

Meet Eden, March resident of the month.
Born and raised in Houston, TX and proudly celebrating my birthday month! I’ve been calling Catalyst home for the past 2 years.

Before settling back in Houston, I spent time overseas working in oil and gas on the completions side mainly in Africa . These days, I own Best Roofing and Construction LLC, helping rebuild Houston after hurricanes and major storms.
I’m always down for Houston sports games, traveling, and chasing beautiful beaches and lakes. Feel free to say hi if you see me around

February pet of the month🐾🐾 Hello!! My name is Alonso. My mom found me on the street 14 years ago. I have been with her ever since. I am an Australian shepherd, blue heeler, pitbul mix. I’m a little shy, and nervous, but I’m a sweetie. I am an old soul and I am totally a homebody. You’ll probably see me around with my mom, Gabby. Come up to us and say hi if you do!

Meet Emma, the pet of the month🐾🐾 Greetings fellow Catalystians! I’m Emma, and though I may be pint-sized, my personality is anything but. I enjoy snacks, walks to Discovery Green, snacks, cuddles with my humans, snacks, and huffing at said humans while serving up sass like you wouldn’t believe. My human says she has no idea where I get it from, but I have a few ideas. Though I’m said to have a flair for the dramatics, don’t let my bombastic side-eye fool you: I’m actually pretty darn sweet…. Especially if you have snacks.
